WERKBESCHREIBUNG:
2021 ist es 10 Jahre her, als die Nordbayerische Brass Band, ein Auswahlorchester des Nordbayerischen Musikbundes in Deutschland, gegründet wurde. Hauptsächlich als Dirigent tätig, durfte ich die Brass Band aber auch mit meinen Kompositionen bereichern. Mit dieser Fanfare bedanke ich mich von ganzem Herzen bei dieser wundervollen Band und ihren Organisatoren. Die Holzfliege (Wooden-Bow-Tie), mittlerweile das Markenzeichen der Band, verbindet die Brass Band mit meinen Wurzeln als Holzbläser.

PROGRAM NOTES:
In 2021, it will be 10 years ago that the Nordbayerische Brass Band, a selection orchestra of the Northern Bavarian Music Association in Germany, was founded. Mainly active as a conductor, but I was also able to enrich the brass band with my compositions. With this fanfare I thank this wonderful band and their organizers from the bottom of my heart. The wooden bow tie, now the band's trademark, connects the brass band with my roots as a woodwind player.
